£0.00 – £199,999.00 £1,030.00 (plus VAT) = £1,236.00
£200,000 – £249,999 £1,080.00 (plus VAT) = £1,296.00
£250,000 – £349,999 £1,130.00 (plus VAT) = £1,356.00
£350,000 – £499,999 £1,180.00 (plus VAT) = £1,416.00
£500,000 – £1 million £1,230.00 (plus VAT) = £1,476.00
Over £1 million £1,280.00 (plus VAT) = £1,536.00
Disbursements (including VAT where applicable): –
HM Land Registry – copy of the title fee £12.00 approx. (per title)
Bank telegraphic transfer fee £36.00
Anti-money laundering check fee £2.45 (per name)
There may be additional management company/freeholder charges. We will advise you of this fee as soon as possible.
Should the matter become abortive we will look to charge an abortive cost for the work carried out on the file to a maximum of £500.00 + VAT depending on the stage at which the file has reached.
