If you are buying the main items will be:

- Mortgage Advance (from your Lender)
- Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT)
- Land Registry fees
- Search fees
- Conveyancer’s fee
- VAT (where applicable)

We will also provide you with a comprehensive estimate of the various charges at the outset of your transaction to enable you to plan and budget effectively.
