£0.00 – £199,999.00 £980.00 (plus VAT) = £1,176
£200,000 – £249,999 £1,030.00 (plus VAT) = £1,236.00
£250,000 – £349,999 £1,080.00 (plus VAT) = £1,296.00
£350,000 – £499,999 £1,130.00 (plus VAT) = £1,356.00
£500,000 – £1 million £1,180.00 (plus VAT) = £1,416.00
Over £1 million £1,230.00 (plus VAT) = £1,476.00
Disbursements (including VAT where applicable): –
HM Land Registry – copy of the title fee £6.00 approx. (per title)
Bank telegraphic transfer fee £36.00
Anti-money laundering check fee £2.45 (per name)
Should the matter become abortive we will look to charge an abortive cost for the work carried out on the file to a maximum of £500.00 + VAT depending on the stage at which the file has reached.
