£200,000 – £249,999 £1,030.00 (plus VAT) = £1,236.00
£250,000 – £349,999 £1,080.00 (plus VAT) = £1,296.00
£350,000 – £499,999 £1,130.00 (plus VAT) = £1,356.00
£500,000 – £1 million £1,180.00 (plus VAT) = £1,416.00
Over £1 million £1,230.00 (plus VAT) = £1,476.00
Disbursements (including VAT where applicable): –
HM Land Registry – registration fee to be confirmed (based on property value)
HM Land Registry – official search fee £3.00 (per title)
Searches fee £257.37 (depending on area of property)

drainage/water search
and environmental search)
Bank telegraphic transfer fee £36.00
Anti-money laundering check fee £2.45 (per name)
Bankruptcy search fee £4.00 (per name)
Stamp duty fee to be confirmed (based on property value and specific details)
Should the matter become abortive we will look to charge an abortive cost for the work carried out on the file to a maximum of £500.00 + VAT depending on the stage at which the file has reached.
