Claire Williams
Director and Licensed Conveyancer
Claire’s legal career started in 1998 whilst working in the Legal Services Department at Dorset County Council. She qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2004. Claire then moved into the private sector and worked for a local firm of Property Lawyers for 6 years before joining Wessex Conveyancing in September 2012 and becoming a Licensed Conveyancer.
With 28 years experience within the property and conveyancing world she is a keen and knowledgeable Managing Director and owner of the firm.
She is a former competitive swimmer but now prefers regular sessions at the gym, walking, socialising with friends and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Rachel Taylor
Director and Licensed Conveyancer
Rachel graduated from Plymouth University in 2009 after completing her Law Degree and Legal Practice Course. Since then she has worked in the private sector and most recently for a local firm for four and a half years before joining Wessex Conveyancing Limited in May 2015.
Rachel became a Graduate Legal Executive in 2003 and is currently working towards becoming a Chartered Legal Executive Lawyer.
She is a keen traveller and particularly enjoys trips to London to see West End shows and music performances. She has recently joined her local gym and in her spare time she likes to create unique new baby gifts!

Lizzy White
Licensed Conveyancer
Lizzy joined Wessex Conveyancing in 2004 as a Business Administration Apprentice and has since progressed through a variety of roles within the firm, developing a strong legal career in conveyancing. Over the years, she has acquired extensive knowledge of conveyancing law and practice and has developed strong working relationships with other property professionals.
Outside work, Lizzy is proud to serve as a Jury member of The Island and Royal Manor of Portland Court Leet. A PADI-qualified diver, she also enjoys diving and swimming at Portland Bill and Chesil Beach – when the weather allows!
