Claire Williams

Director and Licensed Conveyancer

Claire’s legal career started in 1998 whilst working in the Legal Services Department at Dorset County Council. She qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2004. Claire then moved into the private sector and worked for a local firm of Property Lawyers for 6 years before joining Wessex Conveyancing in September 2012 and becoming a Licensed Conveyancer. With 25 years experience within the property and conveyancing world she is a keen and knowledgeable Managing Director and owner of the firm.
She is a former competitive swimmer but now prefers regular sessions at the gym and is currently training for the 3 peaks challenge!

Rachel Taylor

Director and Licensed Conveyancer

Rachel graduated from Plymouth University in 2009 after completing her Law Degree and Legal Practice Course. Since then she has worked in the private sector and most recently for a local firm for four and a half years before joining Wessex Conveyancing Limited in May 2015.

Rachel became a Graduate Legal Executive in 2003 and is currently working towards becoming a Chartered Legal Executive Lawyer.

She is a keen traveller and particularly enjoys trips to London to see West End shows and music performances. She has recently joined her local gym and in her spare time she likes to create unique new baby gifts!
